Hello, everyone! I am so glad you are here! My name is Mamie and I am the owner and operator of Sweet Mae's Coffee Co... We are just starting out and we are an extremely small coffee roaster with big dreams of expanding our small shop to provide the freshest of coffee to EVERYONE!!! I currently only roast on nights and weekends due to working a full-time job as a Paramedic. Saving lives with coffee and medicine, pretty amazing, right?

 

I am so very thankful for each and everyone of you that continues to support my little family’s small business. If you have any questions of concerns, please feel free to reach out and let me know! Also, if there is a certain roast that you prefer, or a certain origin of bean, let me know! If you get a bag of coffee from us, and you would like it lighter OR darker, let us know! We can work with you. We are extremely flexible and easy to work with.
